We hope that you enjoyed the August 'Encounter with God' evening at Greyfriars where we ran 'Sanctuary' with different worship stations and space for individual prayer as well as collective worship.

The next 'Encounter with God' is on 7th September and will have a focus on 'Alpha'. Do come along and join the church in praying for Alpha.

New Wine: 24th- 30th July, Shepton Mallet

This year Connect joined with the wider church and went to New Wine! It was a great time to get to know each other better and to mix with others in Greyfriars as well as to set time aside for God. We enjoyed meetings, seminars, bbqs, cheese and wine and generally camping together, worshipping together and having a laugh. Thanks to all who came and got involved!

Connect is a gathering of young adults in the community of Greyfriars Church in Reading.  We seek to help one another to connect with God, connect with each other, and connect with our wider communities in Reading.  We do this through midweek small group meetings (cell groups) and periodic wider meetings…

For more information, go to “About Connect” or read about recent and upcoming events in the "Highlights".
